The Humanity Direct Amersham Ultra is a one-day running and walking event on 7 March 2026 at Dr Challoner's Grammar School, Amersham, Buckinghamshire. Distances on offer are:

The course runs through the Chiltern Hills, including the Misbourne Valley and the Chess Valley. The route mainly follows footpaths and bridleways with some short road sections, and is marked with tape, paint and direction arrows. Ascent gain ranges from 149 - 610 m depending on distance.
Practical information
The event raises funds for the charity Humanity Direct. Entry options include paying the entry fee (which will be donated) or entering for free if the participant commits to fundraise. Minimum age is 18. Compulsory kit includes a fully charged mobile phone and at least 500 ml of water. A fully qualified medical crew and an on-course management team provide support. There are checkpoints stocked with water and food: four for the 50 km, two for the 25 km, and no checkpoints on the 10 km. Facilities listed include free parking at the school, toilets and showers, checkpoint food and water, action photos after the event, prizes, and a finisher's medal. Refunds: 70% refund up to one month before the event, or a 100% transfer credit to another Humanity Direct one-day event; after that no refunds.
