HTC Winter Series Simsbury End of Winter 5 Mile Run
The HTC Winter Series Simsbury End of Winter run takes place in Simsbury, Connecticut. The event features a 5 mile course that starts and finishes at Simsbury Farms Park. This public facility is located within a residential area at the west end of Simsbury.
The route consists entirely of paved roads through local neighborhoods. While the roads remain open to minimal traffic during the event, the course is marked and includes monitors at key intersections to assist participants. The terrain features several small rolling hills, resulting in a total elevation gain of approximately 159 feet.
Participants can find amenities at the park, including restrooms located inside the Ice Rink building. Bib pickup is organized at a tent situated in the main parking lot.
