HOW STRONG 5K
The HOW Strong 5K takes place on September 26, 2026 at Dreher Park South in West Palm Beach, Florida. The event includes a 5K race through the park and a short Kids Dash for younger participants.

Proceeds benefit Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper (H.O.W.), an organization focused on empowering women through education, advocacy, and research to support early detection and improved outcomes for ovarian cancer. A post-run snack and an awards ceremony are part of the event schedule.
All registered runners receive a men’s or women’s event shirt and all finishers receive a finisher medal. Age-group awards are presented. Chip timing is provided by AccuChip. Registration details in the event information show the 5K registration opened on February 10, 2026 and closed on May 31, 2026, with a listed fee of $35.
