HOW STRONG 5K
The HOW STRONG 5K takes place on September 26, 2026, at Dreher Park South in West Palm Beach, Florida. Proceeds benefit Hearing the Ovarian Cancer Whisper (H.O.W.), an organization focused on education, advocacy, and research to support early detection and improved outcomes for ovarian cancer.

The in-person 5K follows a scenic course through Dreher Park. The event includes an awards ceremony and a post-run snack. All registered participants receive a men’s or women’s event shirt; all finishers receive a finisher medal. Age-group awards are presented and chip timing is provided by AccuChip.
Registration fees listed by the organizer are $35.00 for the in-person 5K, $10.00 for the Kids Dash, and $40.00 for the virtual 5K. Early packet pickup is scheduled for September 24 from 4:30 pm to 6:00 pm at Collective Hair Studio, 1201 US Hwy 1 Suite 7, North Palm Beach, Florida 33408. On race day there is on-site packet pickup and race day registration prior to the event.
