Hot to Trot 5K - Upton
Hot to Trot 5K is an annual community 5K held at the Upton VFW at 15 Milford St, Upton, MA. The course is described as mostly flat and family friendly, with mile markers at miles 1 and 2.
The event includes a water stop at the halfway point, music, breakfast after the race, and awards. Every registrant receives a performance-wicking t-shirt; to be guaranteed a t-shirt, register by July 10. The published registration fee is $30.00. Online registration closes the evening before the race and day of registration opens at the Upton VFW at 7:00 AM. The event is scheduled to run rain or shine.
Awards are given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd overall male and female. Age group awards for male and female are also presented for these categories: 14 and under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79 and 80 plus.
