Hot to Trot 5K and Family Fun Run
The Hot to Trot event on July 18, 2026 in Zelienople, Pennsylvania, takes place at the Glade Run and Passavant Senior Community campuses. The program includes three races that follow the same scenic area.
The 5K course runs on a mix of roads, parking lots, and sidewalks and passes horse pastures, a riding arena, and stables. The 1 mile Family Fun Run covers the same scenery on a shorter route. The Tot Trot is a short race for young children of roughly 100 meters.
All races include a t-shirt. The 5K awards overall and age group placings and features a signature Horseshoe finisher medal.
A variety of refreshments will be available, including a complimentary beer from local brewery Lolev for participants who are of legal drinking age. Packet pick-up is available on race morning at the registration tent adjacent to the parking area, near the start and finish line. Day-of registration is also available at Glade Run prior to the races, but t-shirt sizes are only guaranteed for participants pre-registered by end of day Tuesday, July 14, 2026.
