The 5k course is part of the Cal Classic Runner of the Year Series, providing participants with 10 series points. Participants may join the event individually or as part of a Sundae Team. Registered participants receive an official event shirt and a Hot Fudge Sundae finisher medallion. Downloadable race photos are also included.
The event is accessible for families and accommodates strollers; however, dogs are not permitted on the course. Proceeds from the race support the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA), a nonprofit organization that works with local coaches and athletes. Packet pickup is organized on the day before the event at a local running store and on the morning of the race at the park. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
