Hot Flash 5K Walk/Run
The Hot Flash 5K Walk/Run takes place in Midlothian, Texas, at the Midlothian Community Park. This event is designed as a celebration for women at various stages of womanhood, including peri-menopause and post-menopause. Participants can choose between an in-person attendance or a virtual participation option.

Packet pickup is available on the morning of the event at the race site. Participants who register by September 25, 2026, are eligible for the event T-shirt. The event operates under a strict no-refund policy and proceeds regardless of rain, shine, snow, or cold. In the instance of extreme weather, the start may be delayed or the course may be shortened. If the event is cancelled due to safety concerns like lightning or ice, registered participants can still receive their packet, shirt, and medal to complete the distance independently.
