YMCA Santa Run - Waxahachie
The 13th annual Waxahachie Family YMCA Santa Run takes place on December 12, 2026, at Railyard Park in Waxahachie, TX. The event is family friendly and offers both a run and a fun run.
Distances
- 5K run or walk with timed and untimed options
- 1 mile fun run
Each participant receives a five-piece Santa suit to wear during the event; suits are included with registration and remain with the participant. Custom sizes are available and there is special pricing for youth 12 and under.
Proceeds from the event support the Cindy Hess Memorial Park project, planned directly behind the YMCA to serve the local community. Participants may decorate suits, strollers, and pets, and prizes are awarded for displays of Christmas spirit. The event includes an option to register as the Grinch for the 5K.
