The 5K and 10K start and finish north of the Airport offices, across from the Arlington Boys and Girls Club on Airport Trail. Registration takes place at the Arlington Boys and Girls Club.

Charity, entry and amenities

All proceeds from the event will be used to buy Christmas toys for underprivileged children. The beneficiary organization is volunteer run and serves hundreds of local children. Organizers will accept unopened toys and additional donations at the event.

Children aged 11 and younger may participate free when accompanied by a paying adult; these children do not receive race-day goodies, but foam cups will be provided so they can have hot cocoa. Post-race refreshments include hot cocoa and a custom commemorative Hot Cocoa Mug for participants. Results may be automatically posted on race day for participants who connect a Twitter account.
