Hot Chocolate Run : Chicago
The SKECHERS Hot Chocolate Run in Chicago is scheduled for November 1, 2026, with the event centered in Grant Park. The course starts and finishes in Grant Park and passes downtown landmarks including the Art Institute of Chicago, Millennium Park, Buckingham Fountain, Soldier Field, the Field Museum, and the downtown riverwalk.

Registration includes a race kit with a full-zip fleece and a finisher's medal. The post race party in Grant Park features hot chocolate, a finisher mug with chocolate fondue and dippables, live music, and vendors. Free high-resolution race photos and official race times are provided to participants after the event.
A separate Ghirardelli Cocoa Club upgrade is available; listed onsite benefits include a canvas tote with Ghirardelli cocoa, a store credit, VIP preferred corral placement, access to a dedicated Cocoa Club area before and after the event, upgraded onsite food and beverage items, and dedicated restrooms.
Expo and packet pick-up take place at McCormick Place West in the days before the event. Bibs must be visibly attached on the front of the torso to receive an accurate time and to access start corrals. Overall and age group awards are given for the 5K, 10K, and 15K.
