The Horsetooth Half Marathon is a half marathon in Fort Collins, Colorado. The 53rd edition is scheduled for April 19, 2026. The race is presented by Fort Collins Connexion, owned by the Fort Collins Running Club and managed by Gnar Runners. The published prize purse is $12,000. Registration opens June 26, 2025. Course and logistics
The race is a scenic point-to-point course that finishes at New Belgium Brewing. The route runs from the Hughes Stadium area toward Fort Collins and follows Centennial Drive along the shorelines of Horsetooth Reservoir. Runners proceed onto the downhill Poudre River recreation trail near the finish. The course has a net loss in elevation and is described as having challenging hills on Centennial Drive.
