The Horsetooth Half Marathon is scheduled for April 19, 2026. It is presented by Fort Collins Connexion and is the 53rd running of the event. The race is owned by the Fort Collins Running Club and managed by Gnar Runners. The prize purse for the event is $12,000. Registration opens June 26, 2025.

The race is a point-to-point course that finishes at New Belgium Brewing. The route follows Centennial Drive along the shoreline of Horsetooth Reservoir and continues onto the Poudre River recreation trail toward the finish. The course has a net loss in elevation and includes hilly sections on Centennial Drive. An after party is held at New Belgium Brewing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
