Hops Trot 5K - Cape May Brewing
Hops Trot is a 5K run/walk that starts and finishes at Cape May Brewing in Rio Grande, New Jersey. The course travels through the Cape May area and the Cape May Airport and is fully marked and secured. Morning fuel stations, sponsor snacks, and refreshments are available along the route. A medical support vehicle will be on site.
Pre-event services include check-in about half an hour before each start, parking information provided by email, free coffee, and fresh pastries. Event staff will provide route support and local running shop presence before the run.
Every registered runner receives a finisher medal, an official co-branded Hops Trot pint glass, two complimentary Cape May beers, a neoprene koozie, a collectible runner bib and wristband, event photos, and a raffle ticket. Post-run activities at Cape May Brewing include live music, food trucks, games, a merch tent, and sponsor giveaways. The live raffle offers more than $3,000 in prizes. Non-alcoholic beer options are offered.
Professional photographers will capture pre-run, on-course, and post-run moments. The event benefits the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and includes separate post-run party ticket options that provide entry, a pint glass, beers, and a raffle ticket for guests who do not run.
