Hops Half Marathon (Murfreesboro, TN, October 24, 2026)
The event includes multiple race options held in and around the Hop Springs campus in Rutherford County, Tennessee. The in-person half marathon uses a scenic out and back route on quiet rural roads with gently rolling terrain and open stretches. The out and back design means runners pass one another on the course. A 3.5 hour cutoff applies to the half marathon to ensure course clearance before the Hop Springs festival.

The 1 mile family run is held entirely on the Hop Springs campus on an all-grass course and is intended for both children and adults. The virtual half allows participants to run elsewhere; virtual entries receive a long sleeve tech shirt and finishers medal. Virtual registration notes: guaranteed shirt size requires registration by September 30, 2026, items for non-local participants will be shipped the week after the race, and the option is available to U.S. residents only excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
There are three aid stations on the half marathon course that each are passed twice. Porta potties are placed at mile 2 and mile 6. Awards are offered for top finishers overall and by age group, including top three overall male and female, top three masters 40+ male and female, and top three male and female in each listed age group. The event takes place alongside the Hop Springs Fall Festival, which features 18 bands and 70 food and craft vendors and has no admission charge; a first beverage is provided.
