Hope Center Philly Annual 5k & Community Wellness Day
The event is a community running and walking event held at Bartram High School, South 67th Street, Philadelphia, PA on September 12, 2026. It combines a 5K run, walking options, a short children’s dash, and a post-race program with speakers and an award ceremony.
Distances offered:
- 5K
- Competitive Walking 5K - participants must walk the entire race, no running or jogging
- 1 Mile Non-Competitive Walk
- Kiddie K 50 yard dash
Published registration fees include the following amounts: 5K $28.74, Competitive Walking 5K $28.74, 1 Mile Walk $23.39, Kiddie K free. Registration policies state there are no refunds and bibs are non-transferable.
Awards are presented by an Olympic gold medalist and include overall top finisher awards scored by gun time, with most age groups scored by chip net time. Awards cover top overall male and female, top masters, and top three in age groups and walking categories.
Timing is provided by R2R Timing using the MYLAPS BibTag Timing System. Results will be posted online during the event and a complete results listing will be published after the event.
