16th Annual Hopedale Blue Raider 5K Run

The Hopedale Blue Raider 5K Run is a road race organized by the Tri-Valley Front Runners and sponsored by the Hopedale Booster Club. The event takes place in Hopedale, Massachusetts, with the start and finish lines located at Hopedale High School on Adin Street. The 2026 edition marks the 16th anniversary of the race, which is held in memory of Coach Larry Olsen.

The race course features a varied topography including 5 km of long flat sections, as well as uphill and downhill segments. The route concludes back at the high school grounds. Participants are provided with water and refreshments, and the finish area includes music provided by a DJ.

Registered runners who sign up by the April 21 deadline receive a commemorative T-shirt. On the day of the event, the venue offers awards for the top overall male and female finishers, as well as awards for the top three male and female finishers in various age groups.
