Event Overview
Hope in Motion is an annual 5k and family walk event presented by Minnesota Oncology. The 2026 edition is the 12th annual event and will be held on June 7 at Veterans Park in Richfield, Minnesota. The event benefits the Angel Foundation and coincides with the celebration of National Cancer Survivors Day.
Activities and Details
The event includes several activities for participants of all ages and abilities.
- A 5K run/walk.
- A 1-mile family walk.
- A kids dash.
- A cancer survivor celebration.
Children under 12 can register for free using a provided promo code, though this does not include an event t-shirt. To receive an event t-shirt, a registration fee of $20 is required. Registrations completed after May 29 may not be guaranteed a t-shirt. Cancer survivors and current cancer treatment participants are eligible for free event registration by contacting the organizer directly.
