12th Annual Hope in Motion
Hope in Motion is a community event taking place at Veterans Park in Richfield, Minnesota. Held on Sunday, June 7, 2026, the event commemorates National Cancer Survivors Day and supports the Angel Foundation. The gathering includes multiple activities for participants of various ages and abilities.
The event offers the following distances and activities:
- 5K run
- 1-mile family walk
- Kids dash
The schedule includes a health fair and a welcome program prior to the start of the athletic events. Participants appearing for the 1-mile walk line up behind the 5K runners. Following the completion of the courses, the event features snacks, music, and entertainment.
Registration is required, with specific provisions for certain groups. Children under 12 receive free admission, though this does not include an event shirt. Survivors and those currently undergoing cancer treatment may access specific registration options.
