About the race
Hope in Motion presented by Minnesota Oncology is the 12th annual community fundraising event held at Veterans Park, 6335 Portland Avenue, Richfield, Minnesota. The event benefits Angel Foundation and is held in conjunction with National Cancer Survivors Day. The program includes a registration and health fair, a welcome program, a kids dash, a 5K run and a 1 mile family walk, followed by snacks, entertainment and a cancer survivor celebration. Distances - *5K* - *1 mile family walk* - *Kids dash* Children under 12 receive free admission; the free admission does not include a shirt and requires the promo code KIDSFREE. To receive a Hope in Motion t shirt, participants must submit a registration fee of $20.
Participants registering after May 29 may not be guaranteed a t shirt. Fundraising activity for the event is organized through teams and individual fundraisers. The Angel Foundation fundraising page shows $3,665.13 raised toward a $60,000 goal and lists 286 participants. Minnesota Oncology is listed as the presenting sponsor.
