Holden's Hope is a local Southwest Louisiana 501c(3) nonprofit. Its mission is to support families of infants with long hospital stays and families coping with miscarriages, stillbirths, or the loss of an infant. The organization serves families within the parishes of Southwest Louisiana and Louisiana hospital NICU units.
The event includes dedicated areas and tributes along the race route. Tribute signs are available for purchase, placed along the course, and offered with a deadline for ordering. Short-sleeved performance T-shirts are provided to registered participants and are guaranteed to those who register before the specified deadline. Additional shirts are available for purchase and limited race day inventory may be sold first come, first served.
Registration fees vary by event. Team awards and individual awards are given, including overall and age-group recognitions for the 5K and overall awards for the 1 Mile. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
