Hope for the Holiday Half Marathon and 5k in Memory of Garrett Yeager
The Hope for the Holiday Half Marathon and 5k is a commemorative event held in Batesville, Arkansas. This race is organized in memory of Garrett Yeager, with all proceeds donated to New Hope Refuge. This organization provides a faith-based program for women addressing substance abuse issues.
Participants can choose from several event distances and formats:

The course for the 5k takes place within the Eagle Mountain neighborhood. The Half Marathon route extends through the Lyon College campus and includes a 0.75-mile trail section. The half marathon course also utilizes country roads and a section of the main highway before returning to the starting area.
Registered participants receive a finisher medal and a race hoodie. To guarantee a hoodie, registration must be completed by November 29th. Virtual race participants must complete their distance between November 5th and December 5th to receive their medal and hoodie. Packet pickup is conducted on the morning of the event at the race location. In the event of cancellation, entries are deferred to the following year's race as there are no refunds.
