Purpose and fundraising
The event benefits CurePSP, a nonprofit focused on awareness, care and cure for progressive supranuclear palsy (PSP), corticobasal degeneration (CBD) and multiple system atrophy (MSA). All proceeds will go to the CurePSP Quality of Life Respit Grant Fund, which will provide 100 hours of professional caregiving services to families.
Entry, fees and logistics
Online registration will end once a 250-participant cap is reached. Early packet pickup is listed as TBD; race day packet pickup will occur at the race site. Entry fees vary by registration date:
- 1 Mile: $35 (by Feb 3), $40 (by Mar 28), $45 (race day)
- 5K: $40 (by Feb 3), $45 (by Mar 28), $50 (race day)
Race features and awards
The course is described as flat. The 5K awards are given three deep in five-year age brackets. Additional awards include overall male and female, overall master male and female, and youth categories beginning at 12 & under. All finishers receive custom finisher medals.
