Event Overview
The H.O.P.E. 5K and Fun Run is scheduled for a Saturday in September. The event supports survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault. It is organized by the nonprofit H.O.P.E. – "You're Not In It Alone", which focuses on supporting and empowering women survivors in Alabama.
Distances and Features
The event offers two race distances:
- Live Chip-Timed 5K
- 1-Mile Fun Run
Awards are given for the fastest female, fastest male, and most spirited participant.
Location and Logistics
The event takes place at Veterans Park in Alabaster, Alabama. Packet pickup is available on the two days before the event and on race morning at the same location. A detailed map for the 5K and the 1-Mile Fun Run is available separately.
