Event overview
The H.O.P.E. 5K: Running for Survivors takes place on Saturday, September 12, 2026, at Veterans Park in Alabaster, Alabama (7305 Hwy 119, Alabaster, AL 35007). The event benefits survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault and is organized by H.O.P.E. – "You’re Not In It Alone," a nonprofit focused on supporting women survivors through advocacy, education, and resource access.

Events and fees
Registration for both events opens March 1, 2026. The listed entry fees are $30 for the Live Chip-Timed 5K and $25 for the 1-Mile Fun Run. Awards are planned for the fastest female, the fastest male, and the most spirited participant.
Logistics and policies
Packet pickup is scheduled at Veterans Park on the days before the race and on race day. The race will occur rain or shine; organizers reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. All race entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. If the event is cancelled, entry fees will be considered a donation to Crisis Center, Inc.
