Hoover Choir Melody Miles 5K
Hoover Choir Melody Miles 5K is a family-friendly fundraising event on 10/24/2026 at Hoover High School, 1000 Buccaneer Dr., Birmingham, AL 35244. The event supports the Hoover High School Choir Program, which includes more than 180 students across eight choirs and is part of the school’s arts community.
Event offerings include multiple participation options:
- Melody Miles 5K - 3.1 miles; chipped bib, shirt, swag bag, medal opportunity
- 1 Mile Fun Run - 1 mile; shirt and bracelet
- Sleep In (No Run) - virtual option; shirt included
Along the race route, student singers provide live music for participants. The course begins and ends at Hoover High School. Post-event activities include karaoke, awards, and a silent auction.
