Holley Rotary Jim Ferris Memorial 5K
The Holley Rotary Jim Ferris Memorial 5K is a community 5K run/walk in Holley, New York, organized by the Holley Rotary Club and scheduled for Saturday, June 6, 2026. The event serves as a time for family, friends, and the community to come together to honor the memory of a loved one.
The course starts and finishes in front of Holley Elementary School at 3800 North Main Street Road. There is one water station near the midpoint of the route and bottled water at the finish. A proposed course map has been prepared for participants.
Online registration remains open until the race begins. Packet pickup and race day registration will take place in front of Holley Elementary School on the morning of the event. Participants who register by Friday, May 25, 2026 are guaranteed their requested race shirt; a small number of extra shirts will be available first come, first served. Registration fees are Adults 19 and older $25 in advance and $30 on race day, Students 18 and under $20 in advance and $25 on race day. A mail in option is available but requires completion and mailing of both the race waiver and the USATF liability waiver with payment.
Light food and snacks, music, and an awards ceremony will follow the race. Free parking is available at the school. Custom trophies will be presented to the overall male and female winners and age group awards will be given to the top three male and female finishers in the listed age divisions. Professional RFID timing and real time results will be provided. There are no refunds; organizers may postpone, reschedule, or offer a virtual alternative if necessary.
