Registration, awards and logistics
Registration fees are tiered: the 5K is priced at $35 through October 31, $40 November 1 through December 5, and $50 on race day. The Kids Dash fee is $25 through race day. A 5-person group rate is listed at $160, and special pricing is available for groups of 10 or more. The event has a no-refunds policy.
Medals are awarded to the first three finishers in each age division for the 5K. Age divisions range from 0-8 up to 85+. A costume contest will give awards for categories including Most Grinch-Like, Best Holiday Spirit, and Best Group Theme. Packet pick up is available at Sports Basement in San Ramon. Several parking lots are designated for event parking. Road closures will occur on December 6, 2025 for sections of Alcosta Blvd., Norris Canyon Road, Executive Parkway, and Camino Ramon.
