Holden Turkey Trot
The Holden Turkey Trot is a community road race held on Thursday, November 26, 2026, at Seven Saws Brewery, 112 Industrial Dr, Holden, MA. The event is sponsored by Herlihy Insurance.
The event features a 5K running race. Registration opens April 30, 2026 and closes June 28, 2026; the registration fee is $25.00.
The course follows local roads with multiple turns: left onto Main Street (122A North), right onto Boyden Road at Pholicious Restaurant which becomes Phillips Road, left onto Phillips Road (the second left on Boyden Road), left onto Highland Street (Route 31), left onto Main Street (122A South), cross at the intersection of Main and Route 31, then right onto Industrial Drive back to Seven Saws Brewery. The route has a slight change from prior years.
Parking is available at Woodmeister and Innertite on Industrial Drive, with a limited amount of parking at the Stephen Nowak Memorial Field. No parking is permitted at other businesses on Industrial Drive and no parking is allowed on either side of Industrial Drive. Volunteers will assist with parking. Drop-off at the beginning of Industrial Drive is recommended; there is no turnaround past Avient.
Roads will not be closed to traffic and police will be present. Participants should stay on the right-hand side of the road and use the breakdown lane, bike lane, or walkway. Organizers will provide a very limited amount of water and morning bib pickup is available. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
