The Hokey Cokey Swimrun - Gribbin Head takes place along the coastline of Fowey. Participants transition between trail running and sea swimming multiple times throughout the course. The event is open to individual entrants for both the long and short distances. Additionally, the long course offers a pairs category, allowing two people to compete together as a team. The routes start and finish in the town of Fowey and pass by the Gribbin Head landmark. Competitors complete the entire event in their wetsuits, navigating both land and water segments in succession.
