Hokey Cokey Swimrun - Gribbin Head
The Hokey Cokey Swimrun at Gribbin Head is scheduled for 13 September 2026 and starts and finishes in Fowey. The event follows the Fowey coastline and includes segments that pass Gribbin Head. It is a swimrun format combining trail running and sea swimming over multiple stages.
There are two course options for participants:
- Long Course: 22.6 km total; ~17.9 km running, 4.7 km sea swimming, 13 stages.
- Short Course: approximately 7.1 km running and 3.2 km sea swimming over 7 stages.
Participants may enter either distance as an individual. The long course can also be entered as a pair and raced together on the same team.
Terrain includes coastal path, sand, gravel, and tarmac. Sea swims take place around the Fowey coastline and participants are expected to wear wetsuits for the sea sections.
