Hokey Cokey Swimrun - Gribbin Head
Hokey Cokey Swimrun - Gribbin Head takes place on 13th September 2026. The event starts and finishes in the town of Fowey and includes a route that passes Gribbin Head.
There are two course options for participants:
- Long Course: 22.6 km total; ~17.9 km running, 4.7 km sea swim, 13 stages.
- Short Course: ~7.1 km running, 3.2 km sea swim, 7 stages.
Participants may enter either distance as an individual. The long course may also be entered as a pair so two people can race together.
The terrain includes coastal path, sand, gravel and tarmac. Competitors will swim in the sea and wear wetsuits for the swim sections around the Fowey coastline.
