Hogeye Marathon and Relays
The Hogeye Marathon and Relays is a spring running event in Springdale, Arkansas. The event includes multiple race options and community activities, with race starts and finishes in downtown Springdale and at Shiloh Square and Turnbow Park.

The marathon and relay course begins and ends on Emma Avenue in Springdale’s downtown district. The 5K and 10K start and finish at Shiloh Square and Turnbow Park. The full course runs mostly on Springdale streets, passes the city’s five major parks, includes a portion of the Lake Fayetteville Trail, and has sections through Johnson and Fayetteville. A small segment runs on the Razorback Greenway. An expo and packet pick-up take place in Downtown Springdale.
The event is organized by a nonprofit 501(c)(3). A share of proceeds supports local charitable projects; since 2008 the event has raised over $586,000 for ten charities. Relay finishers receive medals. Volunteer roles are listed for those who wish to assist with event operations. The Hogeye Marathon was founded in 1977 and is described as Arkansas’ oldest marathon.
