Hobby Joggers

Hobby Joggers

Hobby Joggers is a series of themed fun-run events held in Temecula, California, running from April 22 to November 26, 2026. The series includes multiple short-distance and family-friendly events across Temecula and surrounding areas, with some events hosted at local breweries such as Relentless, Kompoocha, and Prolific.

The series emphasizes participation. Every participant receives an “I Showed Up” award and an engraved wooden medal that doubles as a coaster. Events include a Bib Bedazzle station, music on course, a Lucky Duck Hunt, and a post-race raffle. Registrations include a drink ticket for a beer for those 21 and older or a non-alcoholic sarsaparilla.

Timing is self-managed; the events are not chip-timed. The top five finishers in the 5K and 10K receive awards. Dogs on leash are allowed and strollers are welcome. A water station is available at about mile 1.5 at the top of a hill, followed by a downhill stretch. Free street parking is available along Avenida Alvarado; participants are asked to avoid blocking driveways and coned areas. Bib pickup is available on race day at the Hobby Joggers tent in front of the venue Relentless Brewing. Same-day registration is offered when space remains.
