The 5k is described as a flat, fast loop. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and first three female finishers, and awards are given for first U18, U16 and veteran age categories from 40+. Team prizes are decided on the first three to count; club vests must be worn. All 5k finishers receive mementos. Fun Run participants receive medals.
Age rules: the minimum age for the 5k is 11. Children under 8 in the Fun Run must be accompanied by an adult.
Entry fees published on the event page are £12.00 for the 5k and £5.00 for the Fun Run, plus a booking fee of 6% (minimum £0.60). UK Athletics members receive a £2 discount. Entries close on 8 September 2026. On-site facilities include parking, changing rooms, toilets and refreshments.
