Hoad Hill Harriers Autumn 5k & Fun Run
The Hoad Hill Harriers Autumn 5k & Fun Run takes place at the Ulverston Park Sports Club, formerly known as the Glaxo Sports Club, located on North Lonsdale Road in Ulverston. The event features a course that consists of a flat and fast loop, which is designed for participants looking to achieve a personal best time.
The event offers two distinct distances:
- 5 km
- 1 mile Fun Run
The 5 km race is open to participants aged 11 and over. All finishers in this distance receive a memento. Prizes are awarded to the first three male and female finishers, as well as the top finishers in the U18, U16, and veteran categories starting from age 40. Team prizes are also available for the first three counting runners, provided they wear their official club vests.
The 1 mile Fun Run is available for younger participants. Children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. All participants in the Fun Run receive a medal upon completion of the course.
