HMHB "Push-It" 5K : West Palm Beach, FL
The HMHB "Push-It" 5K is a community run and walk held on October 17, 2026, in West Palm Beach. The in-person event includes a 5K course that winds through parkland and a separate kids dash of 100 yards. A virtual 5K option is also offered.
Participants receive a men’s or women’s event shirt and a finisher medal. Age-group awards are presented and results are recorded with chip timing by AccuChip. A post-run snack and an awards ceremony follow the race.
The event benefits the Healthy Mothers, Healthy Babies Coalition of Palm Beach County. The coalition has worked for 40 years to support healthy births and families by addressing the physical, emotional, economic, and social challenges of pregnancy and infant wellness.
