Practical Information

Packet pickup is available on Friday, September 18, 2026, at three Run For Your Life store locations in Charlotte, with race day pickup starting at 6:30 AM. Strollers and baby joggers are permitted on the course, but dogs are not allowed for safety reasons. The event has a 1 hour 30 minute time limit for the 10K race.
