Historical Ashview Heights Beltline 5K Run
The Historical Ashview Heights Beltline 5K is the inaugural community run and walk held in Ashview Heights, Atlanta on May 24, 2026. The course covers 3.1 miles and follows a route that begins and ends at the Ashview Community Garden along the Westside Beltline, continuing onto Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Joseph E. Lowery Boulevard, and through local residential streets.
The neighborhood is noted as an intown community established in 1920, described as a transitioning area with a mix of well maintained homes and newer construction. The event frames the route as an opportunity to observe residential and historic parts of Ashview Heights.
