Hills & Valleys Run
The Hills & Valleys event takes place in Sumas, Washington. This event is a 4-mile run and walk that follows a course consisting of both road and trail sections. Participants navigate steep climbs, rugged descents, and winding paths through valleys and forests. The route includes various obstacles that require climbing and crawling.
This event serves as a fundraiser where 100% of the proceeds are donated to a specific family. There is also an opportunity for attendees to provide additional donations during the event. Registration includes a race shirt for those who sign up before April 27. The event offers the following distance:

The course is not suitable for strollers due to the nature of the trails. While walkers are allowed to participate, all racers must be at least 18 years old. Following the activity, a community celebration is held featuring charcuterie provided by Graze & Gather.
