The event has defined fee periods: early registration in November has a lower fee, later registration in late November to mid December has a higher fee, and children 12 and under have a reduced fee while kids who roll are free. The program is non refundable. Packet pick-up is available in advance at a local running store and at Cordata Park; photo ID is required at check-in.

Awards go to the top three finishers in each gender category and age division, and draw prizes are distributed after the event. Well behaved, leashed dogs are allowed on site.
