Event Overview
The Santa 5K at Cordata is a themed running event held at Cordata Community Park and Julianna Park in Bellingham. The event is open to participants who wish to run, skip, or walk the course. The registration fee includes a "one size fits most" Santa hat for all participants. While festive costumes are not mandatory, they are encouraged.
The course is chip-timed by Pacific Multisports, with timing chips pre-inserted into each race number. The timing begins when participants cross the start mat and ends upon crossing the finish line.

Participation and Awards
The event is open to various age groups and categories, including Male, Female, and Non-Binary divisions. Divisions are grouped in five-year increments starting from 10 and under up to 70 and older. Awards are presented to the top three finishers in each gender category within these divisions. Additionally, draw prizes are distributed following the conclusion of the event.
Facilities and Logistics
Early packet pick-up is available the day before the race at Fairhaven Runners and Walkers, while late pick-up takes place at Cordata Park on the day of the event. Identification is required for check-in. Well-behaved, leashed dogs are permitted to accompany participants.
