Santa 5K at Cordata - Bellingham
This is a Santa themed 5K held at Cordata and Julianna Parks in Bellingham on Saturday, December 19, 2026. The event is organized by Bellingham Parks & Recreation with community partners WECU and Fairhaven Runner’s.
Participants may run, skip, or walk the course. Costumes are encouraged but not required; the organizer notes costumes "enhance the experience by 28.5%." All participants receive a one size fits most Santa hat.
Fees vary by registration date: $15 for November 1–28, $25 for November 29–December 17. Kids 12 and under are $10 and children who roll are free. Packet pick-up is available early at Fairhaven Runner’s and Walkers and late at Cordata Park.
Course maps and timing details are provided online. Pacific Multisports times participants using pre-inserted timing chips and posts results as the event progresses. Results and past photos are available through the race results channels and the organizer.
The event records awards for the top three finishers in male, female, and non-binary categories, with results listed by gender and age divisions. Attendees are asked to park in designated areas; well behaved and leashed dogs are allowed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
