Highland Falls Annual 4th of July Firecracker 5K and Children’s Fun Run
This event in Highland Falls, NY, features a community 5K run and walk plus a separate children's fun run. The 5K covers 3.1 miles on a relatively flat course that begins near the Dunkin Donuts at 310 Main Street and finishes at the corner of Main Street and Mountain Avenue. The event is held rain or shine.
Packet pickup is available at the Gazebo on the corner of Main and Mountain Avenue. Packets are available the night before between 5:00 and 7:00 pm and on race morning starting at 6:30 am.

Prizes are awarded in male and female age groups for first through third place and for overall top male and female.
