High Uinta Half Marathon
The High Uinta Half Marathon takes place in Kamas, Utah on July 31, 2027, with the start area located near 5175 E Hwy 35, Kamas, UT 84036, USA. The main half marathon course covers 13.1 Miles and is nearly all downhill, with about 2,600 feet of total descent and very little uphill or flat sections.
The route begins at a high elevation used for races in Utah; snow was still present around the starting area on July 4 of the prior year. The course passes through mountain scenery, including aspens, pines, and rivers, and is situated at elevations that tend to offer cooler conditions in mid-summer compared with lower valleys.
