Heron Half Marathon 2026
The Heron Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 28 June 2026 at Royal Naval Air Station Yeovilton in Somerset near Yeovil. The route is described as flat and fast and the event starts and finishes at RNAS Yeovilton. The race is held in aid of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity and is conducted under an England Athletics license with a three hour time limit. Entry is open to runners aged 17 and over on the event date and entries close on Sunday 14 June. Standard entry prices are shown as affiliated £36 and non affiliated £38 plus a processing fee, with a military entry price of £24.
Race features include a medal, a goody bag, pacers and water stations. The event provides free local parking within a five minute walk and free baggage storage. The organiser lists support for local charities and community groups.
