Hero Hustle 5K - DeBary, FL
The Hero Hustle 5K is an annual community run and walk held in DeBary, Florida. The event is listed as the 11th annual Hero Hustle 5K and has raised more than $100,000 for the Kruid Charitable Foundation over the past ten years, with participation from over 2,500 runners.

The 5K is professionally chipped and timed with a finish-line clock. Custom diecast finisher medals are provided for 5K finishers; the first 700 registered participants are guaranteed a custom race medal, bib, and race t-shirt. Awards are given to overall top finishers and to top male and female competitors by age group, with age categories ranging from 9 & under up to 80+.
Packet pick-up is available at the DBK Home Office at 398 S. Shell Rd, DeBary, and packet pick-up is also offered on race day. Registered 5K participants who complete registration and payment are guaranteed a race shirt, though sizes are not guaranteed for race-day registrations.
Other event details include a family-focused post-race area with water slides, a bounce house, games, a DJ, beverages, and snacks. Parking is advised in the industrial area behind DBK off Springview Commerce Drive. Entries are non-refundable and non-transferable, and the event is held rain or shine.
