Event Overview

The Heritage Hustle: Half Marathon, 15K, 10K, & 5K takes place on Saturday, May 9, 2026 in Heritage Park, 16050 Pflumm Road, Olathe, Kansas (ZIP 66062). The event is held on park trails with views of the lake.

The race offers several road and trail distances:

• 5K (Youth, 15 & under)
• 5K (Adult, ages 16 & over)
• 10K
• 15K
• Half Marathon
• KCCC Half Marathon
• KCCC 10K

The youth 5K is open to ages 15 and under. The adult 5K is open to ages 16 to 100. The 10K and 15K are open to ages 15 to 150. The Heritage Park Half Marathon is open to ages 14 to 100. The event has taken place at Heritage Park for over 25 years, using different course layouts over time.

Registration and Packet Pickup

Entry fees in 2026 range from $22 for the youth 5K to $70 for the Heritage Park Half Marathon. The 10K and 15K are priced between these amounts. Prices for these events increase after December 31, 2025. The KCCC Half Marathon and KCCC 10K list a fee of $0, with registration for both opening on May 1, 2026.

Packet pickup is available on three days:

• Thursday, May 7: 10:00am - 6:00pm at Mill Creek Activity Center, 6518 Vista Dr., Shawnee, KS 66218
• Friday, May 8: 10:00am - 5:00pm at the same Mill Creek Activity Center
• Saturday, May 9: at the Heritage Park marina, 16050 S. Pflumm Rd., Olathe, KS 66062, with late registration offered at all pickup times.

Parking and Transport

There is no on-site parking at the race venue on race morning. All participants and spectators must use off-site parking at:

• Indian Trail Middle School, 1440 E. 151st Street, Olathe, KS 66062
• Olathe South High School, 1640 E. 151st Street, Olathe, KS 66062

Complimentary shuttle buses run continuously between these lots and Heritage Park. The bus ride takes about 30 minutes each way. Parking is not allowed in nearby neighborhoods or along Pflumm Road, and cars along Pflumm Road are subject to ticketing and towing. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
