Herepath Half

Herepath Half is a trail running race staged in rural Somerset, starting from Thurlbear Primary School near Taunton. The course generally follows the circular Staple Fitzpaine Herepath Trail in the Blackdown Hills, spanning about 13.7 miles. Runners ascend to the Blackdown Heights, rewarded with expansive views.

The event emphasizes off-road, countryside ambience in a scenic, hilly terrain. A few practical details: there’s a £2 discount for Trail Running Association members or UKA/EA-affiliated clubs, the field is capped (200 entrants), and there are no on-the-day entries; race numbers are collected on the morning of the event.
