Here and Now Project 5K for Today
The Here and Now Project presents its Seventh Annual 5K For Today as a hybrid event with an in-person option at Rogers High School in Puyallup and a virtual option that can be completed from anywhere between August 9 and August 16, 2026. The on-site course will use Rogers High School facilities and the Nathan Chapman Trail. Parking will be available at Rogers High School.
Registration is available for individuals or teams. Registration fees change by date: February 14 only $35, February 15 through June 7 $40, June 8 through July 9 $45, and July 10 through August 7 $50. Participants aged 17 and under receive a $5 discount. All registered participants receive a race bib, sticker, and an event T-shirt in available sizes; a unisex long sleeve shirt can be added for an additional $3. T-shirt availability is not guaranteed for registrations after July 8 and limited short sleeve extras will be provided subject to size availability.
Packet pickup is offered in advance at a Fleet Feet location in Puyallup and at Rogers High School on the day of the in-person event. Virtual participants will have their race packet and swag mailed to them. The event supports the paralysis community; proceeds fund direct outreach to newly injured people, private support groups, recreational activities, and annual gatherings.
