Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky Hemo Hustle
The Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky Hemo Hustle takes place on Saturday, November 7, 2026. It is the event's second annual running. The event supports Bleeding Disorders of Kentucky's mission to help children and families affected by bleeding disorders in Kentucky. There are separate event categories for adults and for children 12 and under. The adult category is open to ages 13 to 99. The kids category is open to ages 1 to 12. A T-shirt is included with registration. Finisher medals are provided for all participants. Custom awards will be given to the top three male and top three female finishers in the 5k.
Location and course
The event is based at the Colonel Sanders Shelter, Clear Creek Park (Clear Creek Park Access No 2), Shelbyville, KY 40065. The course plan includes mapped distances of:

Snacks and refreshments are provided before and after the event. Playgrounds are located by the start and finish area. Participants were asked to register by 10/24/25 to ensure correct T-shirt sizes and numbers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
