Heights Fiver
The Heights Fiver is a road race through the College Heights neighbourhood. Participants choose between two distances. The start and finish are located in the Kool Cats/Polaris parking lot at 6989 Gladstone Drive. Race registration and bib pick-up are held in the Kool Cats Kid Care daycare facility at that address.

The course is on asphalt and concrete (road and sidewalk) with about 14 m of elevation gain and is described as easy. The route follows neighbourhood streets such as Gladstone, Guelph Crescent, Domano Boulevard, Malaspina, Rochester Crescent and Loyola Drive. The 5-mile course includes a loop via Creekside and Stillwater Crescent before returning to Malaspina.
Practical information: PGRR members participate for free but must register to receive a bib. Non-members can register in advance to save $5. Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. All event fees are paid in person on the day of the event; bring cash. The event includes a free Kids Race. Early season road conditions may include slippery spots and potholes. For safety and liability reasons, dogs and headphones are not permitted during the race. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
