Event details
The Heartline Donut Dash Walk/Run for Life is a 5K walk/run in Warsaw, Indiana. The course starts and finishes at the Kosciusko Health Pavilion, 1515 Provident Drive, and follows the Lake City Greenway. The event is scheduled for Saturday, October 10, 2026. The race is a timed event using Tempo Run Timing. All finishers will receive a medal. Participants who register by the t-shirt deadline will be guaranteed an event shirt; registrations placed on or after October 1st will not include a shirt but will receive swag bags and remain eligible for prize drawings and medals. Past event shirts will be available for purchase for $5.
Registration, awards and fundraising
General registration price is $30. Registration opens February 25, 2026. There will be no paper registration forms accepted on race day; paper forms may be dropped off at Heartline on or before Thursday, October 9th for manual entry. Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category and to Donut Dash Champions, the top three male and female finishers who eat a donut at each station (ages 10 and under are only required to eat donut holes). Age categories are: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+. The event supports Heartline services and has a stated fundraising goal of $30,000; donors are entered into a donors-only prize drawing. Donations of $50 or more during registration trigger a discount applied to registration and transaction fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
