Event Details

Course

The 5k route starts and finishes at the Kosciusko Health Pavilion at 1515 Provident Drive in Warsaw, Indiana. The course winds through the Lake City Greenway.

Registration and Participation

The registration price is $30 and increases after August 31, 2026. Participants who register by September 30, 2026, receive an event shirt. Registrations placed on or after October 1, 2026, do not include a shirt but do include a swag bag and eligibility for prize drawings and medals. Past years' event shirts may be purchased for $5.

All finishers receive a medal. There is no paper registration available on the event day; all same-day registration must be completed online. A paper registration form can be downloaded and submitted in person by October 9, 2026.

Awards

Awards are given to the top three male and female finishers in each age category. Additional "Donut Dash Champion" awards are given to the top three male and female finishers who eat a donut at each station along the course; participants aged 10 and under are only required to eat donut holes.

Age categories are: 9 and under, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.

Fundraising

Donations are accepted and every donor is entered into a prize drawing. A donation of $50 or more made during registration provides a discount on registration and transaction fees. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
