Heart of The Rockies Multisport Festival, July 18 and 19, 2026, Kinsmen Beach, Invermere BC
The Heart of The Rockies festival runs over two days at Kinsmen Beach on Lake Windermere. This is the 43rd edition and it includes multiple race formats: triathlon Sprint, Olympic and team events, plus single sport races such as a Gran Fondo, a run and an open water swim. A youth program offers athletes aged 12 to 15 the chance to compete as a team and to take part in the Young Hearts Triathlon.
Course details provided include a swim in Lake Windermere, a cycling course set up as an out and back route and a single loop run course used by both Sprint and Olympic competitors.
