Heart of The Rockies Multisport Festival
The Heart of The Rockies is a multisport festival taking place over two days at Kinsmen Beach, Invermere, British Columbia. It features a variety of events.
The races are scheduled for July 18-19, 2026. Saturday features the Young Hearts Triathlon for competitive junior athletes aged 12 to 15. Sunday includes multisport races and single-sport races.
The Sunday multisport races include a triathlon with Sprint and Olympic formats, as well as team events, a duathlon, and an aquabike. The swim takes place in Lake Windermere, followed by an out-and-back cycle route. The run course is a single loop.
The Sunday single-sport races include a cycling Gran Fondo, a running event, and an open water swim.
