Heart of The Rockies Multisport Festival
The 43rd Heart of The Rockies Multisport Festival is scheduled for July 18 and 19, 2026 at Kinsmen Beach in Invermere, British Columbia. The program includes Sprint and Olympic triathlon events, team triathlon, duathlon, aquabike, a Gran Fondo cycling event, an open water swim, the Young Hearts Triathlon for juniors, and a fun run.
The swim takes place in Lake Windermere. The bike route is an out-and-back on Westside Road with fresh tarmac, and the run course is a single loop used by both Sprint and Olympic competitors. Athletes aged 12 to 15 can compete as part of a team and take part in youth-specific events during the weekend.
Race services listed for participants include professional race operation, a souvenir top for selected events, a souvenir swim cap for aquatic events, a race bib to be worn on the run, run course aid stations stocked with water and gels, post-race food and refreshments, and an awards ceremony.
