Healthy Minds Healthy Bodies Run for Recovery
The 18th Annual Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies Run for Recovery is hosted by St. Clair County Community Mental Health in Port Huron. This event emphasizes the connection between mental and physical wellness, supporting individuals on their journey toward overall health. The event takes place at 3111 Electric Ave and offers a variety of distances for different age groups and preferences.
Participants can choose from several event categories:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 2-Mile Walk on an accessible course
- 1-Mile Timed Kids Run for participants aged 12 and under
The 2-Mile Walk and 5K Run/Walk also feature specific registration categories for those 18 and younger. Pre-registered participants can collect their race bags, which include shirts, bib numbers, and timing chips, at the SCCCMH Port Huron office during designated pickup windows in the days leading up to the event and on the morning of the race. While shirts are provided, they are not guaranteed for those who register after April 17, 2026. The 2026 fee structure is tiered based on the specific event selected.
