Event overview
The Health In Action 5K Run / 2K Walk takes place in Orlando, Florida on February 3, 2026. The course starts and finishes at the Hyatt Regency, 9801 International Drive. The event is presented by Syngenta and the Golf Course Superintendents Association of America (GCSAA). Proceeds support the GCSAA Foundation for advocacy, education, and research in the industry.

Logistics
Race packets are available for pick-up on Monday, February 2 from 12:00-5:00 p.m. at the Orange County Convention Center - West Hall. Any unclaimed packets will be available at the registration area on race morning. Registration fee is $35 per person; after January 5, 2026 the fee increases to $45 per person.
Awards and chapter challenge
Prizes will be awarded to the top three male and top three female finishers: $100, $75, and $50 gift cards to Dick’s Sporting Goods for first, second, and third places respectively. The fastest chapter is determined by combining the four quickest finish times from each chapter. Members of the winning chapter’s top four each receive a $200 gift card, recognition in a post-event GCM ad, and their chapter name engraved on the official Health In Action 5K plaque at GCSAA headquarters.
