Event overview
The 14th Annual Head for the Cure 5K - St. Louis takes place on Sunday, April 19, 2026, at Jefferson Barracks Park, 345 North Rd W, St. Louis, MO 63125. Proceeds from the event benefit brain tumor research and related programs, including Siteman Cancer Center and Path to Hope, as well as other national brain cancer initiatives. Race details and registration
- 5K road race for participants aged 9 and older.
- Kids Fun Run - an untimed children’s run for ages 9 and younger.
Registration options and fees listed include Early Bird 5K Registration ($34) which includes an event t-shirt, timing bib, and medal; Early Bird 5K + Dog Registration ($49) which includes race entry for one person and one dog, a t-shirt and timing bib for the person, a dog bandana, and medals; Kids Fun Run registration ($25) includes a t-shirt and ribbon; and Virtual Registration ($40) includes a mailed event t-shirt and finisher medal but not race-day packet pick up. All attendees are offered the opportunity to fundraise. Packet pick up is available the day before (time TBD) and on race day.
