HBIA 5K By the Bay

The HBIA 20th Annual 5K By the Bay is a community event held at Pier 4 Park, Leander Drive, Hamilton, Ontario, celebrating two decades of support for brain injury survivors and their families. The event features a certified 5K Classic Race with prizes for age category winners, a "Walk a Mile in My Shoes" awareness walk, and the Blake Heys Memorial Kids 1K Fun Run for elementary students, complete with prizes. It fosters a supportive atmosphere to raise awareness during Brain Injury Awareness Month.
