Hawkhurst 10k & 5k
The Hawkhurst 10k & 5k is an annual community road and off‑road race held on The Moor in Hawkhurst, Kent. The event includes mixed terrain with undulating sections and offers a junior fun run. Route maps and GPX files are provided for participants.
The race supports local community projects and is organised in partnership with the local WI. On finish all participants receive cake and baked goods, and finishers are offered a complimentary half pint at The Eight Bells. Additional on-site facilities have included ice cream and coffee vans, pop up stalls and a mass warm up led by Serida Fitness.
Practical details and inclusions listed for the event include free parking, a bespoke medal for finishers and trophies or prizes for leading runners. Water and marshals are provided along the course.
