The Have a Nice Dazed 4.20 Mile and Confused 1 Mile is scheduled for April 18, 2026 at Enchanted Vine by Noisy Water Winery, 492 Fort Stanton Rd, Alto, NM. The event offers two in-person options and a virtual option:
- 4.20 mile run
- 1 mile fun run/walk
Packet pickup is available on race day at Noisy Water Winery. A virtual Dazed 4.2 mile option includes a custom shirt, finishers medal, and shipping. There is a guaranteed shirt-size deadline of April 5 for the custom shirt.
Course, awards and extras
The 4.20 mile course is a scenic out-and-back on Fort Stanton Road with views of the Sierra Blanca mountain range. Finishers receive vintage-style medals, stickers, and an event movie poster; the 4.20 entry includes a custom old-school shirt. The 4.20 race has age-group awards for the top three male and female finishers in each category: 19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, and 70+.
An after-party and movie screening of Dazed and Confused will take place at the barn venue on site. Food truck service, beer and wine specials from Noisy Water Winery, themed snacks, 70s music, and costume contests with prizes are part of the event.
